The Lego Movie 2: 6 or 7/10

Fun but forgettable. Novelty has worn off, and you see the ending coming a mile away.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) - 10/10

A classic and a childhood favorite of mine. Watched it with my son. Crazy, I was his age when it first came out. He liked it a lot too.

Dredd 9/10
Just finished my annual watching of Dredd. This movie is one the best comic character movies ever and they did it on a low budget, can’t say enough about it. Too bad there won’t be a sequel. Better than a lot of Marvel movies.

One of my favorites! And a perfect 10! I usually follow it up with The Green Mile.

Tomb Raider (2018) - HBO
6/10

It's an entertaining movie to watch on TV on a Sunday. But, felt it missed a lot depicting the game. Jolie's TR had its faults but I felt that was more true to the character. Jolie even looked tougher than this TR who's probably 105lbs soaking wet.

I also didn't like the fact that she would yell as if she was scared over little things but would be gutsy over the impossible feat. Also, in one scene she'd be a bad arse fighter and in the other, not as much. Pick a side and stick with it.

Wasn't looking for a strong script, just to be entertained at it did do that.

Been a while since I watched this one but it’s one hell of a ride. Truly disturbing and mind bending.

Yep. Dredd is a comic book to film masterpiece in my eyes. Better than all the MCU films in my eyes. Gets the rare 10/10 from me.

As far as a sequel goes a follow up TV series has been green lit and Karl Urban has expressed interest in reprising his role. To me this is better news than a film sequel, but we’ll see how it goes. First time fans have had a reason to be optimistic.

I don't think I've seen anything with Karl Urban that I didn't enjoy him in.
