Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

lol I just checked this thread to see what was happening with this statue and the last post was myself, a year ago, wondering when this statue was going to be released. Its been literally YEARS LOL

Anyone actually pre order this years ago?!
Anyone have any news?!

The Pre Order went up 2 and a half years ago (February 2016), and they are still taking pre orders on the website! LMAO

they did post couple updates on FB, showing casting and painting progress. Apparently this will be released this year still.

Its a shame how much time they take for this and how they communicate. My guess is they were waiting to get enough orders before starting production.

Yeah we did. She's absolutely awesome and you won't regret it. They did an outstanding job with her.

Cool, thanks. I display most of my stuff in Besta cabinets from IKEA and was surprised to learn the base on this is too big to fit in one of them with the glass doors. A guy with a youtube video on the piece measured it at 16.5 inches across. Although it's 1/4 scale I can imagine in person it is quite large.

I ordered mine last night. Does anyone have any photos? Also has there been any word on a Big Daddy? I was tempted to hold off but couldn't resist. If we do see one it will hopefully be without the huge delay this time.

Thanks for the info Cosmic. I saw the two box thing on a youtube video and was sure to query it incase of import fees on the pair of them at full price.

They have several local warehouses so it depends on where you live if you have to pay import fees or not. Their warehouses are in Asia, USA, UK and Europe I believe.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures as we just took it out of the box to check and directly store it afterwards. Unless hubby did take them but I'm not too sure

I think it must have been your husband I spoke to via pm and he kindly helped me out with that exact info. Are you guys waiting until you have the space to display your collection?
It would drive me mad having these things and not being able to look at them.

Nope, was me everything had been stored away for years now as we're still renovating our home. Our main house is almost done but I'm unsure when we'll be able to start on our barn maybe we'll display a few pieces in our main building but doubt it. Especially with a little one (and another on the way), it's too great a risk
