Wow, I didn't know his ex-wife died. Sorry to hear that. I believe that his divorce decree is up on New Year's Eve either way. As of January 1st 2021, he should be good to go.

Imagine if during his hiatus he has been sculpting dozens of new Marvel statues and been keeping them hidden until his legal agrement ends in 2021.
