Iron Spider-man Packaging Problem

I received the chrome version factory sealed and the little finger on the extended arm was broken off. Inspecting the foam I noticed some foam chipped out where the hand would touch during shipping. Obviously the internal foam container was not properly designed for this bust. Has anyone else experienced this problem? This version is limited to 500. If alot of these are broken, then there are not going to be many good ones out. Diamond is obviously at fault and I wonder if they intend on doing something about it?

There's different foam inserts. I've seen some that faces the statues as you open it where they grind into the foam for that finger.

And some where the statue is sideways and perfect.

I must have the sideways version. No problem with me chrome....
