The video is super bright but I think she looks great, also nice to see the regular gets the damaged face plate too.

An email from H.M.O dropped this morning. They are offering two shipping options:

Rail freight + DPD (deliver to your doorstep), ETA 30-35 days: $200-220 (included custom tax)
Air freight, ETA 10-15 days: $280-300 (included custom tax)

For the sake of $60, Air freight makes more sense. Besides, i would rather avoid DPD (courier company) being part of the equation.
Neither is low cost. Given the size and weight of H.M.O boxes, i expected shipping to be higher. I have a feeling i will be charged custom tax, even although H.M.O state 'included custom tax'.

Rail freight? i think they mean Boat freight or Rail+Boat freight.

Yeah for that much I would just pay the air freight... I didn't get that email though :S Maybe that's for UK. Air to US may be significantly more.

edit: I did get that email but accidently deleted it! Thanks for posting which prompted me to go look :P $330 to the US air freight vs 220 sea. Gonna go for sea.

That's quite a difference.

I responded asking for ocean freight right away, waiting on the invoice now. Waited so many years for this; may as well save another 110 bucks and wait a few more weeks

Given how many years H.M.O held onto my cash, they should have offered free shipping. Atleast the piece got made in the end. I have a feeling it nearly did not get made. Or possibly went wrong at some point, probably causing delay followed by finding a new factory to made Sorrow. Who knows? i think the Radd Titan guy's might know something.

Yes as rail freight is actually faster and much more economical and environmentally friendly transport than trucks (and even sea freighters) in countries with decent rail systems.

Which means not the US.

More train facts! A single train can haul the same amount of freight as up to 400 trucks.
