With a fabric cape, I would hope it's not keyed, and could be displayed without it. It would be a great look to have an arm without a shield and no cape, her arm would look like she's blocking a bullet with her bracer. With no cape, it's a action comic shot.

Not really.
And do the usual thing: hide her right eye, then her left eye, and you'll see.
Plus, anatomically speaking, both irises are supposed to be at the exact same place in the eyes. They aren't.
