Have you guys received Chun-Li statue?

I bought this statue directly from Kinetiquettes site back in 2022.

I have not received mine yet.

I contacted Kinetiquettes directly but no answer.

So, I contacted Adeeb Md directly from late 2023, he replied but making excuses and not sending the statue.

Last response was on 3rd/Dec/2024 saying
"I am so sorry that our logistics team didn't get it out to you earlier. We are currently expecting our next batch of shipments to arrive in Singapore sometime in January. We will then ship your order as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience."

So, I contacted him on Jan but he is not response to my email anymore.

Is this company going under? Is there way to contact this company and get my money back?

UPDATE: Received reply from Adeeb today. Now expecting Mid Feb. Fingers crossed.

I ordered direct from them in Feb 2023 and received statue. Also took a while but received replacements. Adeeb is very late to answer but always comes through eventually. I’m beginning to wonder if he’s the actual guy casting and painting everything out of his home.

Thanks for the info. It's surprising that you have received yours 2 years ago and They have not send mine yet or give me my money back.

I hope Adeeb send my item soon or give me refund. Waited 3years and I think I waited long enough.

And it's strange I didn't see any actual photos of statue with replacement head in this forum.

I saw they had this on PO even though it's been out for some time, so I emailed them about it. They mentioned that their shipment may still be stuck at the ports due to shipping complications during the pandemic.

nope, i made the preorder back in 2021 on BBTS website, they still have it on preorder. now im wondering if BBTS will also send the replacement part that Kinetiquettes was sending
