Well I'm officially pissed then. Turned in my shipping payment on June 6th. It hung around in Paypal for over a month with PCS not taking any action. Then finally Paypal just canceled. Keep in mind the entire time it was waiting, PCS sent me another shipping request. And yes, the payment was to correct address. So after Paypal canceled, I sent PCS another on July 15th. I have yet to get a shipping confirm or anything, and the payment shows approved in Paypal for a half a month now.

My email to them:

To whom it may concern,

I ordered and paid for in full a He-Man statue from your company last year, Dec 9th 2013 to be exact. I sent a payment to your company on June 6th 2014. On June 23rd, you sent another shipping request to my email. I promptly responded that I had already sent you the payment for shipping in full, to the correct address. Paypal can confirm this. After inaction on what I assume to be your end, the payment was canceled. I sent another payment on July 15th that was approved and accepted. You turned around on the next day, July 16th and sent me another shipping request, even though my payment has been accepted and funds withdrawn. Now I have yet to receive a shipping invoice of any kind. I am due to leave the country in less than 3 weeks, and I need that statue in my possession before then to inspect thoroughly. Please fulfill your end of this business transaction, or at least contact me with some kind of information regarding why this entire process has been so fruitless and painful.

Is there a rep on this board that can help? This is beyond absurd. I just got into this hobby recently, and here is my experience.

5 orders from Sideshow. 1 on time, 4 pre orders delayed beyond measure.

1 order from PCS. As you can see above, it hasnt went well

1 order from XM, though a second party, Simply Toys, which I received within a week and a half upon order, from across the globe.

Wonder who will further receive my money from here on out.

Not yet. I'm generally a patient guy, thanks to my military career. But as you can see on those dates listed, this is a bit unreasonable. I will give them until Wed to respond to email. I know they are busy with the Con. I will call after that.

Thanks man, and I hope so. The wife has already approved me a set amount of collectibles a year. I'd love to spread that out through a three sided collectible room of XM Avengers, SS Court of the Dead and PCS Masters of the Universe. But SS and PCS aren't really favorable to the Thor57 household right now lol. I may end up with XM on a three sides: Avengers to X-Men to Marvel U
