Maybe they ran out? i know i asked on death dealer, which was sold out. I did manage to get a Arhian City of Horrors EX

Good customer service is: ARH.. tell me they are out of stock, give me a sign you received my emails!
Bad customer service is: "Ingnorant ignorance"... no reply at all.

I had no problem today at ARH.
Paid off my Valkyre and picked up Perseus and shipping label was printed....so where's the problem?

I got a reply as well, check your spam or maybe they missed your email. If they missed it sucks, but you as a customer also should make sure to stay in touch.

Spencer has given me excellent customer service recently and in the past many times I have no problems with anything he or ARH has done
If you keep it touch and be a friendly customer they will give you excellent service

I criticized them when they deserved it, but I bought from them a few weeks ago and I have to say Spencer/the customer service was excellent.

Ive had my ups and downs with ARH in the past years, but I can say the last 5 times I have contacted them it has been a very good experience.
Still pissed the Zeus statue is so boring...
