Likeness is close but not quite there just yet. Good thing they have provided a helmet.

His expression seems to suggest that he is not quite sure of what he has just seen. Awkward.

The whole statue needs weathering. He looks way too pristine.

Agreed, the head could be more elongated. Other than that, I don't have too many complaints. I'm going to wait for in hand photos before I decide if I want to buy it, but I think it's a good looking piece. This is a character I would actually like to see JND try to do.

I'm so glad I don't collect any statues with human/actor faces.

You guys torture yourselves every release from every company.

Stick to robots, aliens and people in masks.

The horses in the armor and the other decorations are a bit too big also.

I think this statue deserves to be polished before sending it to the factory, being this charismatic and unique character being made at last after 24 years of wait, it deserves the effort.

That is true but from time to time a grail came out, like Conan 1/3 that I owned both versions because they were great in likeness and the pose. Just wait for every prototype and sit back to criticize haha

What's frustrating is most retro western movie properties aren't of interest to the companies that typically do the best jobs with likenesses. So we have to contend with PCS and the like, which aren't bad but you can tell it's not their forte... and they don't take criticism well, beyond the blatantly obvious.

Blitzway, Hot Toys, Queen etc. are not infallible, but they struggle a lot less with these things, producing sculpts a fraction of the size with greater detail and accuracy.

I just don't remember the Russell Crowe's calves being so short. There is a little weirdness with the legs going on. The likeness is almost there.
