I don't know how you could achieve that really when you're trying to depict an actual scene from the movie. The raptor on the top, I just envision that Lex has just distracted them with the banging of the ladle (like in the film) and the raptor on top has literally just turned around, and the raptor on the floor is just about to lift his head around the corner (like in the film also). Perfect execution. Another way they could have gone is have the top Raptor hunched down like she's sniffing around , but I feel having the Raptor all dominant where her chest up, as you say in a 'model' pose, was the only way to make this piece shine.

Yeah, the raptor on the top is clearly turning towards the sound Lex is making. Part of me wishes the diorama had also included Lex doing just that but I'm also glad it's small and (relatively) affordable!
As for Sideshow, i just assume it'll eventually go up on the website. It took a while for the t-Rex to appear, somewhat controversially after pre-orders were closed for Chronicle Collectibles. Using those reward points on the raptors diorama should be quite significant!
I'm hoping for a Dilophosaurus vs Nedry with the jeep next.
A Brachiosaurus with Grant, Ellie and Hammond would be quite epic too, but if they stick to 1/10 scale...... too big? Probably not considering their Rex dio.
Ooooh, Rex chasing the jeep with Muldoon etc in would be sweet too...

Woah, just found this thread. I saw the pre order announcement via the chronicle newsletter. The two raptors in the kitchen with Tim has got my attention! These raptors look spot on. The price looks good too! I don’t have anything from IS, but this diorama will likely be my first! Anyone own any IS statues? What are your thoughts on the company and their products? Want to wait on chronicles and P1 take on the raptors in the kitchen. Would definitely like to see them all before making a decision. But IS has me ready to click order! Yep

I have 3 Iron Studios statues and they are absolutely stunning. The attached picture doesn't do them justice (no pun intended).
I am definitely ordering these raptors based on my awesome experience with IS. The one with the mouth closed / head turned is perfection. The price is also very affordable.
