I'm with Loric.
as per the images posted on the front page:
they don't need to be overly complex just have some details, definition and defined form about them.
I think the diamond busts should be the minimum amount of detail you would put into a statue:
Their Omega Supreme statue is pretty amazing I must admit, even if too small.

Devastator palisades statue is still going for a $1,000 on eBay and it's only 12".
I do like the design of the palisades statues. It's has that detail edge to it.

Though I would have some interest in a more realistic line if it were secondary like he his doing with Masters of the Universe.
If Jerry could figure out how to paint them like this they would be his greatest line yet, yes better than even Street Fighter.

Agree!!! and a little larger than Hard Hero!!

This is the most iconic prototypical Optimus Prime pose one can do. In fact, it was the reference I picked out if I ever was able to get my own digitial printer and start making my own TFs.
This is Optimus baby!!!! And throw this lug right next to him in this pose and you got to awesome Commanders!!!!

While I like that Prime pick, I think we could do better. Heck I think if asked for this purpose even Guido would agree he could do better.
This is clearly referencing the toy (e.g. the space for wheels in the arms), what we need is a detailed version of the animation model. Of which there are plenty of great artists already out there doing it for poster work, promotional and for comics.
Either way, I'm buying any and all Transformer statues that come out.

Maybe PCS could get one of the best Transformers artist in to help design these statues?
Jerry should go to a Transformers convention and see how hardcore the collectors are!
Just look at Prime studios 1, Transformers collectors are buying $2,000 a piece transformers.
I've been to one and it's very popular hobby.

A G1 version and an IDW/modern take on G1 characters could easily be done. The license is so popular that it could easily handle multiple interpretations.
My view would be to have them in 1/4 scale. Other companies have tried a smaller scale and although they've done a nice job, I'm a fan of bigger CAN be better
Add in 1/3 scale for key characters,
Add in 1:1 busts for key characters,
Add in dioramas,
the list goes on and on.
Prime in the classic pose (as seen in a few of the recent posts) would be a MUST
