Welcome! That is definitely the Diamond Ultimate version, not Bowen. I have it in my Ultimate X-Men display. Nice custom btw.

I love the Ultimate Cyclops & Magneto busts. They are 1/6th scale so larger than most other companies products. Love the conversion. He would look fantastic displayed with Hard Hero Statues. You should get a simple black base too.

Yes, it's a FS conversion out of the Ultimate Cyclops bust. Whoever did it did a pretty nice job IMO.
