Correct. The is a hollowed out section to hold the lights etc behind the clear section.
The hollowed out section is quite large. I guess this portrait might weight less than the other Cammy portraits.

I don't have any PCS statues with light up features. Are they generally powered by a cord or a battery? Or did they announce how the light up Decapre portrait would be powered?

Considering none of the other statues have light ups, i doubt they'll do the engineering to run electricals from the base to light the head, so i imagine the head will have watch batteries in it.
Other PCS Statues use batteries in the base/or statue itself (Liu Kang, Raiden) but the 1:3 Ninjas used just a power cord.

I LOVE Cammy. Just look at my Avatar. But the price just doesn't justify the product IMO ! For the money, there are a lot better options for me.

Mileena 1/3 scale has a light up base that is powered via a plug in lead.
I doubt that would be possible with Cammy, not unless they can find a way to run a lead from her head to her toe and out via the base. Just not worth it.

1/3 evil Ryu was light up eyes and uses a power cable. Both 1/3 akuma had light up eyes and used batteries in the head.
