I wonder if the lean will grow worse?
Should i act now before it can get worse?
I could Araldite the rear foot (down) in place. That would make the piece impossible to rebox in the future.
Really Sideshow should have pegged both boots, and not just the front boot.
The UK has had an abnormally hot few months. Maybe that is the cause?

The Elektra statue is a great piece. I have it myself. But it is truly a balancing act that requires a stable base and surface. I have noticed that the foam pads underneath play a big part on how level this piece sits and over time can cause an imbalance and/or lean. I would recommend checking your pads and see if adding something underneath to the leaning corner may help your issue. Good luck!

I have a feeling 1mm to 2mm could become 3mm, 4mm upwards.
I think i am going to stick the rear foot down so that that gap cannot grow larger.

I have the exact same issue with mine. I just added some quakehold museum putty under the foot and stuck it down to the base.

I just ordered some quakehold museum putty from Amazon. I'll give that ago and see how it lasts.
If it fails, then rapid set Araldite is probably the only answer.

I was in contact with SS about it. They agreed to let me send it back if the putty doesn't work, even outside the warranty period. The putty is working great though. If you really want to be a perfectionist, you can even brush on a little paint on the putty to color match the area better.

That's an idea. One thing is for sure, sending Elektra back isn't an option, as i bet they all have the same issue. If 1mm of putty can stop the problem progressing, then that will do fine.

Oh, just to clarify, sending it back meant for a refund, not a replacement, as there are none available, of course.
