My favorite Major is also OG SAC Major, but I still pre-ordered the With Fans! version since it's such a legendary movie and I think the prototype looks great. I'm also holding out for P1 or someone else to make an OG SAC Major too though. I do have the Union Creative PVC figure in the meantime at least so I can wait.

I'm not surprised at this price considering this has a whole 1/4 scale Tachikoma also. It would've been nice to offer a solo Motoko for a lower price though, like they did for the Alita/Gally statue.

I think this is executed really well. But the 2045 design has youthful face compared to the SAC. I do prefer the SAC look. There hasn’t been a really great SAC figure statue.

Expected to be out, but woof, I'm definitely out. I'd be hard pressed to go $1599 even if it was OG SAC. Agree that it would have been nice to offer a solo version. Kind of surprised they didn't honestly.

Seems like the SAC_2045 is of focus here. Kami Arts and Immortals Collectibles also only got the SAC_2045 license. Maybe if Prime 1 sells this one well, other Ghost in the Shell series statues will come out, like how Prime 1 started with Gally/Alita based on the movie before finally coming out with one inspired by the anime/manga? Then again that license is funky as James Cameron/Fox bought the rights for Alita/Gally merchandise, so even that anime/manga inspired one is licensed via them.

I imagine it is just hard to get the rights to the other versions. I've never heard a single good thing about 2045

Looks good but I'm not interested until we get Motoko from the original first two seasons of SAC.
