I got my confirmation email with Ed just now completed, totally excited to get this done. Glenn said I ordered #07, I don't really expect mines to be painted 7th, and honestly knowing how the business goes, I didn't expect that number to matter much as far as when my statue would get painted over others. I just want it to get done well so I can see it in my collection, and really appreciate Ed for doing this for everyone that wanted it. I emailed him awhile back as well, but figured he just wanted to wait until he got statues in hand before responding to me which he did which is good enough for me.

Sometimes you just have to be patient as a customer. Working in customer service/tech support field I've really come to have more patience with new companies who may not be staffed as well as more established companies, and especially for customizers who aren't associated with the company per say, but are friends of the company and offer to help with this kind of work but aren't used to doing work on this scale.

I wonder how the extra head will be done. Will Ed just paint it , and make the heads switchable...or?

Andrew,
Not at all directed at you individually, ive gotten several return emails that caused me to post that. Basically to address the issue right off the bat, before it turns into something. You can look at pretty much any post involving sculpt or paint commissions and find examples of what I was referring to.
I really do appreciate you replying and I'm sorry for the confusion.

pretty sure it'll have a pin or magnet that you can use to use to switch them out. Wouldn't make sense to permanently glue one head on.

The head options are all up to the individual.
You tell me what you want, that's what I'll do.
Magnets are already stocked 😎

Well, the extra head was something done at the absolute last minute, and it could almost be considered more a slip of the tongue rather than an actual announcement I have seen unboxing vids, and neither of those had pins/magnets on the head. It's logical though, since it was never intended to include 2 heads, just the one.

That's great to hear! If it wouldn't look unnatural (openings around the neck area, since it's not hidden by clothing), I'd love to have a switch-out option.

Ed will you have a magnet option for the switch out heads?

Just read above post. Thanks Ed.

The switch out head will look ok from every angle except from directly behind. There are no natural folds or wrinkles on the back of the neck.
