Geez ... I already have 2 Thor statues. This one awesome ... RB is twisting my arm to make it 3 (possibly).

Is that a bad thing? Still have a LONG way to go before he (or anyone else) catches up to Iron Man!

I thinking there may be a modern version that goes along with the classic.

Thor has a long way to go before he can get near to what has been done with Wolverine and Cap. Thor has gotten very little attention over the years and since 1998 he has had only 2 full size sculpts of himself not including the faux bronze and mini sculpts (which are smaller versions of the same fs pose) and the Destroyer armor which is the Destroyer with a cape and hammer and not Thor himself. Only 6 mini bust have been done and two of those are not even Thor's body but a frog and The Destroyer armor. Compared to Wolverine and Cap that is such a small number of a long time main stream Marvel character.

I'm interested, but I don't want any spinning hammer effect.

Statue looks great so far. Wonder how they will do the spinning hammer effect.
