No, I think their CC troubles happened well after Vega. I recall him selling out relatively quickly, maybe something like 25 minutes. Back then the line hadn't picked up steam and SFIV wasn't out until the next year.

Lol yes it did!.. 
I even started cooking a bolognese sauce around 1am who was simmering during the wait, and it was tasty at 3am (both Chun and the sauce )
