Message from Ant

“PCS Fam,

I’m going to sign off of Facebook for a couple of weeks. We have a customer service rep on unexpected leave until May and we are basically down to one person. We are currently interviewing to get some one started next week, but they won’t be up to speed until May. So starting in May we will have 3 instead of 2 customer service reps. But, that doesn’t help now as we are now way behind on customer service and refunds.

So I am signing off social media and stopping my other jobs with PCS and I’m going to focus solely on customer service and refunds. Give me a couple of days to get acclimated to the system, but my goal to to catch up on customer service by the end of next week and on refunds by the end of the month (though shooting for next week too). Mark Martin is pivoting to getting shipping invoices out so give him some time to learn the system and get those emails out. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Some times life throws curve balls, but it’s all about how you adapt. Ant over and out.”

It's a shame someone was injured, I wish her a speedy recovery. But this company has not earned all these chances that they keep asking for.

People have been waiting 6 months before the accident. They need more than just 2 customer service representatives.

People want discounts both ant and jerry always tried to keep staff minimum to maintain price. When people are ready to pay the prices these things cost PCS can be better. I’m not saying it’s an excuse for the past 10 years but it’s certainly a factor. I’ve never been a fan of the discounts you get what you pay for in life.

It worked fine because for the majority of those 10 years PCS sold less than 4 statues per year.
It doesn't work with a 3-20 fold increase of statues, customers, and ES.

PCS needs to shrink and this needs to go back to being niche stuff. They won't get the cancels either because people won't have 15-20 statues on order for 2+ years.
Somebody just plain got too ambitious.

People will still cancel regardless, and it’s a shame, it’s unhealthy for the hobby.
