That happened to one of the best LCSes in my area. The business was profitable, but the landlord raised the rent so much that the LCS owner decided to retire instead of moving his inventory to a new location.
Btw, Bezos is gonna be a little poorer soon.

Lol yes same here the only toy shop that's been here 30 plus years just closed as well. Rent is too high. Hahaha Bezos will be a little less rich. No biggie for him since he can generate billions each year. To him losing half is like throwing away a cheeseburger.
As for cheetah they probably wont m are another anytime soon. The statue didn't sell well at all.

What's dumb is that the landlord hasn't been able to get a new tenant. The store has been empty for more than two years now.

Congrats on the pick-up. It’s a very underrated piece. I’m glad I have one. The EX portrait is one of the most beautiful portraits SS has done IMO.

Normally with Sideshow pieces it is easy to pick one portrait over another. With Cheetah i think both work well. I like them both. Part of me prefers the open mouth portrait. Seeing the EX in person, it looks good. This is possibly the first time i have say both portraits are equal.
