drilling a hole oughtn't be a discouraging manly chore. his instrux were a roundabout way of saying, 'X marks the spot.' i'm surprised, tho, that the ikea lights aren't adhesive-backed so you don't have to put thru a hole.

meh. i guess they did last a while in these outfits, but i find it so remarkable how many people identify the characters w/ these relatively "recent" looks (almost 20 years ago, if you think about it, tho). i still picture the X-Men in their orig (GSX #1) costumes, from all those wonderful John Byrne "Classic X-Men" they reprinted in the 80s, or in Marc Silvestri's costumes. That's when i got hooked. Jim Lee makes me feel old, lol.
and i HATE those pockets/bumpers on Jean's hips. Would ANY woman, regardless of her figure, wear cargo pockets down her thighs, & on an otherwise skintight orange costume, no less???
