i will never understand the obsession over AP, you guys realize it really is not an artist proof by any means.

AP suppose to be something created in house as a sample, or final production pieces sent for approval from the factory - in both cases they are desirable because of the perceived higher quality.

But this PCS AP madness is just a perversion of the original idea, it's the exact same statues as what you receive normally, except the base is blank, and jerry writes AP on it.

It use to mean something back during the WBSS collecting days. Now it's just a gimmick to make more $$$.

I would imagine this is because PCS has the license for 1:4 and 1:3 SF stuff?

HCG did make some large scale SF statues though (based off of MVC2 I believe).

I mean hell... one could literally quit their job and make a decent living at selling PCS pre-orders. Easy money.

To be honest, I gave up for like the first hour and went about my life. After I came back to my computer I got an email that there was a second chance and tried again. Even if I failed at the second chance I still would have just shrugged and moved on. I think there are worse things to miss out on than a Pre-order for something like this.
Also, in any hobby that involves something rarely made, there will always been many people trying to take advantage of people who just want to buy and enjoy it for themselves.
