I just want you and everyone at Aspen to know that I really do appreciate what you're doing for me and the other people with this problem. I'm not even going to try and guess at the amount of stuff you guys have had to deal with regarding this. Especially when you had to deal with the loss of Michael as well.
I'm really looking forward to being able to display this beautiful statue again.

Any resolution for the Faux Bronze Kiani customers yet?
Or at least what the plan for them is?

Yes I would like to know too as I got mine awhile ago then had to send the base back as it was broken. |

Hello Everyone,
As all of you StatueForum fans know, the LAVA bases are finally on there way here to Ohio and then on to you.
Look for a direct email to you from AspenStore in the coming days that will be to confirm your number with our records and your current shipping information.
I will be checking this section periodically over the next few weeks and I hope to have the majority of all bases shipped out with 48 hours of a confirmation email from you.
