That sucks mate. Was it just a poor finish or an attempt at some kind of battle damage ?

No, it's suppose to be a clean paint app, no battle damage. Just terrible production piece. I'll post a couple pics.








That's just a few. The head is just as bad.

My Batman PF Ex had a hole in the leg and Sideshow had no replacement. Returned
My Alien warrior bust had a massive scratch, Sideshow had no replacement. Returned
My Red Sonja had brown skin.
My Cap has bad paint around the star.
My Alien Chap Bust is a keeper

Sooo. I'm running at about 1 out 5 good statues with sideshow. I hope Sideshow is paying attention to Gentle Giant, they are setting a new standard for collectors.

That's a shame. I was thinking about getting this one to go with my IM and WM busts. The life sized WM was awesome.

Yes it is!!! I've pre ordered the New one but I won't expect a good paint job.
