Apparently its got nothing to do with Berserk, its a whole new line for Batman The Dark Age Saga. This is the Berserker Batman from that line. They did pretty much just take from the Berserker Armor and are selling it to Batman fans.

It is a blatant copy of it and it is obvious they are implying or trying to get fans of both to buy into it. If they didn't actually get rights from whoever owns the rights to Berserk right now, then they should be sued. It is a complete copy of the berserker armor and how it works.

I was never a fan of Batman variations including the whole Samurai line.

But as a statue piece it looks very cool and intricate.
