Thanks guys, i was super excited with this 1/4 Hot toys Bats, i got it a few days ago from a LCS, the European releases are always coming out later.
Still it worth the wait becuase the flaws of the first batches are elimintated. As in my Batman bust case.

I can't say if the EB is better but they both look great.

The detolf shelf was aimed for my Batman Ex. PF but unfortunatelly he didn't fit inside. the 1/4 Bats fits perfect. I am expanding my collection and i need to buy another detolf soon.

My LCS has told that in many cases the European releases are coming out much later than the US ones ,but the main priviledge is that the factories are getting aware of any flaws in the early batches and are paying more attention in the production process. I am getting a Reg. version of Bats PF as well, since i plan on dispalying them with both head and different angles. Hopefully he will come out with no minor flaws like the Ex. release had

It's the best Batman from that series we are likely to get. I don't see Sideshow topping it with a PF. And even if they do, selling the Hot Toys version in a year or so will more than pay for a Sideshow version.

I agree with you there. I can't see sideshow topping it. Based on the vids I've watched, he is better than statue quality. I'm not a figure collector, but I had to have this. I got pretty lucky this popped up. I had been checking ebay recently and was potentially gonna pay much more than the sideshow price. I would have flipped if I picked it up on eBay and it popped up a few days later.

I agree. The other thing is that the design of the costume really lends itself well to concealing the fact that it is an articulated figure rather than a 1/4 scale statue.
