They ever going to release the edition size of these made to order pieces that have closed months ago?

XM Replacement and QC

Hi There just wanted to start be saying this is the first time ive posted anything anywhere on any type of social platform. Please forgive me if im posting in the wrong thread it seemed to be the closest I could find to the subject manner. Im an avid collector and own sideshow ,prime one and iron studio pieces.
If you go back a couple pages to the xm link on damaged items my moon knight is the photo their using of the broken cape. I went through my local Canadian retailer and xm agreed to replace the cape if I covered shipping.
The shipping plus customs was just over 300can. I received the replacement cape on fri. Upon opening the box I was in utter disbelief to see something that looked nothing like a quality replacement product.
It was actually unfinished. The lower edge of the cape in spots is over a half an inch thick in spots and you can see the line to where it should have been trimmed to or its just remainder of an unfinished product. The point is cut off leaving a square edge. There is no black shading anywhere on either side of the cape. You can actually see light through it when looking at it from the inside.
Im over 2000can into this thing right now and am at a lost of where to go from here. My local retailer has contacted his guy overseas and his first initial response is that they probably wont do anything about it. Im afraid that this is what made to order may get you.
Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated

Yes I find the whole situation a little hard to believe to be honest. I just want to reiterate that my retailer in country is as shocked as I am. Says hes never seen anything like it and that he will to everything possible to make it right even if XM wont. Its his contact on the other side that had said he didn't think XM will do anything. Im not sure how many people after the initial retailer are involved before it actually reaches the decision makers. All I know is its my first xm piece and as bad as sideshow can be at times QC wise theve got nothing on this.
