I'm hoping Dr. T is right and there will be more.

If you can't wait though. Amazon had one at $194.00. It's not $150.00 but still a good deal.

Darn. It sold out in Canada too.
BB in Mtl had some on Fri and they sold out in 2 hours.

This has a lot to do with their sales so bad vs the iPads, they are dropping it from what i understand.

Plus with apple, HP, Nokia, samsung etc... all suing each other, no telling what will be dumped on the market soon.

I don't think the Touchpad was out long enough to say that the sales were that bad. If anything it has to do with HP getting out of the PC business and the market being saturated with alternative brands.

This was my second choice to the ACER Iconia. When that goes for cheap it's a lock for me!

Whatever's dumped I'll take it. Anything is better than my iPAD2.

The real kicker is Staples dropped 'em another $50.00.

That's $49.00 and $99.00 after the discount!

I'm just glad I didn't buy the Touchpad a few weeks ago when it was in the $279.00 range.

I haven't come up with a reason for me to want one either. I'm in front of a computer more than 40 hours a week for work and at least 25 hours a week at home. I don't need something small just so I can read it on the couch. Maybe I'm missing something here.

There is a frenzy over here in Ireland. Selling like hot cakes to those working in the industry. Some available tonight at 18:00 for those working with HP. How did I miss out on these. It looks like amazon.co.uk were selling them last night.

Saw the deal over the weekend, but skipped it 'cuz I foresee people buying this HP pad will have no use more than just a paperweight in a year. There's not much apps for tablets running WebOS. It's safer with Android tablets.
