My only issue with this look is the Joker's skin. It doesn't look white, just normally pale. I'm a redhead, and my skin's about that color. It kind of looks like they decided "OK, we've got green hair and red lips, we're done!" It feels unfinished without that ghostly, inhuman pallor.
That being said, I like that the Joker's face is back to being normal (no more stupid scarring or skin mask!), the shades of red and green look really good, the false teeth make sense when you consider he's fought Batman multiple times already, and the tattoos look a lot better than Frank Miller's dragon tats from
All-Star Batman. It's not a bad design by any means, and as an updated Joker look it's conceptually solid. I just wish his skin was actually white, to make the look feel complete.
