Help with Triforce Lancer G.O.W

As the title suggests I need help.

Do you guys no if the lancer came with rubber over the end of the barrel?
Maybe because of our law's it had to have it.
I have found one i'm thinking about buying and the rubber is ripped but have never seen one with this on the end. So I would take it off anyway hoping its good underneath

That looks...... horrible. Like it was meant to be taken off. Just to get it thru customs most likely. Rip that off lol.

I don't own it yet it should be fine underneath don't you think ?
