And seriously, Deathstroke? Deathstroke the Terminator? Truly, the man needs a less silly name.
Wasn't he just trained by the military or something? (And his wife trained him too, right--or am I making that up? Sounds weird, now that I write it, but I swear that's right. Somehow.)

Nightwing's trained by Batman, and the Bat could take DD and Bullseye, so Nightwing's got it.
Nightwing takes on Deathstroke by himself and Deathstroke would whup Bullseye.

Makes sense to me... and I'll raise you that Bats can beat Cap so Nightwing, at the very least, should make a battle with Cap interesting.
I've grown to respect Nightwing more and more as the years go by. He continues to gain street cred (dig my lingo). In time, the right writer (Brubaker, you listening?) will get a hold of him and catapult him towards cool status. I think it's a question of time before he runs the JLA.

Not yet, however, I'm sure the writers could come up with a credible way to do it. Let's not forget, he's 100 times the hero Hawkeye is and he got to lead the Avengers with far less experience and respect of his peers.

you clueless bastard. hawkeye has the respect of ever avenger except u s agent. no one has his respect. he has plenty of experience. he was with the avengers since almost the begining. he is on the biggest super group with no real powers and fights for whats right. dont bring my hawkeye into this if you have no idea what you are talking about. he and nightwing are both true heroes and leaders
