You should have seen the poor bookseller's face when I asked her about the books. "Excuse me, miss, I'm looking for a series on zombies. I don't know the name of it, but I do know it's a series and that it's very popular."
I have become the customer that I hated as a bookseller.

well at least you knew it was about Zombies... i remember people coming into the bookstore asking me for a book that was popular that had a blue cover... didin't know the name, or the author, anything... and got mad cause we couldn't help them...

lol, Mike your world's about to get blasted wide open. My future husband Chris Meloni only GOT Runaway Bride (& its dubious privilege of being near Julia <yawn> Roberts) because of Oz & SVU.
he's pretty funny, too, in Wet, Hot, American Summer--not as hilarious as it should be, but a pretty funny movie for a mindless rental. (no Meloni-nudity, tho he does hump a refrigerator)

I didn't have cable at that time, and I was deep in the JW religion, so I wouldn't even have thoguht about seeing oz.
