I believe you are correct. Thanks! A friend of mine is looking to sell this double sized sketch card. I had no idea who the artist was or what to suggest as a price for it. Is Patrick Richardson a known or fan favorite artist?

a quick scout on ebay shows his cards go for around $140 a pop

That's clearly a Patrick Richardson with an approximate value of $140US.
