It's not...lol. Nice piece, but one clearly looks like superior quality. That Koto Venom is only 1/10, but a great sculpt...GG's bust, though....

Yeah, that is confusing. I'd have to contact Sideshow and ask them what's up. If you haven't heard yet then I'm sure I'll be in the November batch as I ordered mine later.
