What type of glue oe cement and from where?

A lot of people would probably use a super glue like Krazy glue...two part epoxy would make for a stronger hold, but might not be necessary.

I tried a gorilla glue like superglue but it got puffy white after it dried and its not regid

Agreed. Not a fan of Gorilla Glue. Sturdy hold from my experience (when handled extremely carefully), but tends to overflow with the amount required to hold the weight of certain broken pieces and the residue dries white even when you think you've wiped it off. Safer to use epoxy, even if it doesn't seem like a worthwhile investment for one piece. It'll come in handy when you (hopefully don't) need it again.
