Scarab & Tigerlily - Acovic

Guess this is my first time actually introducing some new commissions I've picked up. For those not familiar with the David Mack Kabuki comic these are 2 of the Noh assassins from the series Scarab and Tigerlily. Done by Filip Acovic from Serbia.
Filip hasn't really done many female characters, so these were 'an interesting challenge' for him which i think he did a great job on. I really liked his dark and grainy noir inspired style and think it ended up translating well to the characters.
He's done some badass batman pieces. Anyone interested in his gallery he's on DA under the name spinebender.

Great guy to deal with, pieces were intended to compliment each other. Cheers for looking.

thanks guys - Filip's a good guy to hit up for a piece - his style is real dark & something different, considering he wasn't familiar with kabuki or drawing females he really did some strong work. He kinda went with some 7 samurai inspiration.
