It seems that they have made a turn for the better. No more pre orders but buying from stock. Statues are mostly made in house (except a few surprises we don't know yet).

Just last week I bought a stock item and it shipped the same week.

All in all it sounds promising to me.

I hope this is a sign of ARH turning around for the better.

I'm counting on it because I want my Arkhalla Fight to be flawless when released.

Previously I would have said yes but now he may be working solely for Warlock.

Well rest easy young statue collectors... as of right now, Arahom has officially cleared his plate of all Warlock related issues. I have to pay him some shipping money and play with the Medusa skirt a bit (he's walking me through some heat gun instruction so I do t have to send the whole thing back!) but that's all folks.

The guy took care of all of my issues andv really bent over backwards to make things right. I have no more complaints and I'm 100% satisfied with Arahom and ARH as far as my recent dealings.

Would I buy from him in the future? Sure. Thanks Arahom, you are once more cool with the Warlock.

Things have turned around. I just don't know how a company goes from all these issues to hiring a billion more people...just seems odd but however they did it it seemed to work.

Cash infusions :P

Gotta have money to pay people. No money no work done, and no work done = no money. Vicious cycle

So much so that I've questioned if my correspondence with Arahom have in fact been with him or if they have been with someone else in ARH, like that well spoken production manager that has recently been posting here. But at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter. I was promised stuff from ARH and they delivered.

I also got the replacement for the Medusa skirt which was still not a good fit. In light of the outstanding job on the QoV, I said I'd just live with the skirt but he wants me to send the whole statue back to get the skirt perfect as well. I'm on the fence about if I'm going to do that or not.

Anyway... so far, all is good on the ARH scene.
Arahom is a good guy. He helped me out on a couple of occasions.
