We haven't even seen the whole thing yet. Depending on how the blood is it it may not be better.
Hope it comes with the EX head.

pose is better on this one, but armor texture is better on the new one, if they updated it on this one it would be better no doubt, but they won't. Since it's just a reissue with some minor paint application changes

Just buy both... at the cost of a kidney. 
It's a real shame they're not adding anything new. I think I'm going to end up getting it just for the EX head.
