They clearly did some welcome improvements. The one shown off at inside iron studios day was definitely not finished yet. They shouldn't have shown it off at all until it was finished.

Now with this being the updated prototype, it looks good. But who knows if the production piece will match. Hopefully it does.

What you would expect from a statue 10-15 years ago.

Very stiff and awkward.

$1499 at BBTS. Way too much for me for 1:4 scale. I am out.

Still too much for one full 1:4 figure and two smaller ones. Closer to 1 grand I could have been a buyer. I can buy two full 1:4 pieces from SS and a 1:6 from TH cheaper. LOL

i agree i dont see why this is so much more than mando and grogu, if they try saying its due to the R2 electronics i would say leave them out

A really big improvement after the initial prototype. I still wish they made some switch outs, so we could display without Grogu. Actually, I would rather a Luke from the original trilogy, but oh well.

They also said they will show a new 1/4 scale statue from the Mandalorian during their next Inside IS.

My thoughts exactly, this looks like something released in 2008.
