So after several email to Level52 I just got this response. Its hard to figure out what is happening here. I did follow up and ask if it is not cancelled then what is the expected ship date. I assume this will be ignored until I send several more emails.

When I asked them for an update on shipping since it isn't cancelled they said they can not give me an answer. I can see the way this is going. Either wait forever or accept losing $90. I would bet my house this statue is never going to be produced.

I really dont understand why it isnt in production yet. I have a couple of custom statues on order with a very limited run (35 to 50). One is in transit to me (after just over a year from start to finish) and the other is now in production.

Its a pretty cool. If I didn't see it at a great price I'm not sure I would have jumped on it. I also didn't realize how heavy pewter was. For a small statue it is really heavy. According to the definitive reference it says "limited edition of 500, less than 100 were actually sold". I don't really know what this means. Mine is numbered 185 on the certificate.
