Yes. But no need to look to Project Triforce (it's a fine example).

Because his pricing doesn't make sense with SSC's own products.

The New Hulk PF, Gladiator Hulk/King Hulk and Lobo all give you MASSIVE SCALE for the money you pay.

Darkseid's measurements listed on their own site do not warrant a $600.00 price.

He's bulkier than Superman. Barely taller. $500.00 should've been the maximum (imho).

The more I think about it, instead of the "Angry" portrait, I can't believe they did not center the Ex around his Omega Force Beams, be it LEDs, glow-in-the-dark paint or something similar to an effect like the SS Superman PF heat vision head Ex.

Yea, I can see the price for that piece being justified ....with the dimensions 32"H x 30"W x 24"L and weighing 55 lbs. The base looks to be about 4" and the scythe about 1" above his head, so the main statue is about 27". It has a light up feature and very detailed. With that weight I'm guessing its not hollow, so, yea, seems appropriate.

Agreed! I believe your argument to compare DS to other SSC pieces makes a better point.

That's pretty low...everybody needs to scramble and get him now.

What was Sinestro's ES for the EX? Wasn't it around the same? I guess the DC villains aren't pulling their weight so far.

Time to PO...

The high price likely halved the potential orders. IMO, they could have easily hit 1000, perhaps even higher, with a $450 price tag.

Yeah I agree, 600 is too much for this piece imo... 450 would have resulted in a purchase for sure.
