so took awhile but got the replacements for the hair they never sent and a new spear. This time they packed it to withstand a drop kick which was good. So came thru on these replacements.

This was part of the email response I received:

Please know, if you decide to return the item for a full refund but still wish to own the piece, you would be able to repurchase the figure from our website if it is still available.

I'm equal parts infuriated and discouraged. I have a number of items on pre-order with them, and have been a regular customer for a number of years now. I feel like I'm being toyed with.

so i'm told that SSC can't send me any more replacement bodies for my WW Ex PF. does anyone know if I request a refund that the reward points I used will also be returned or are the points lost? it doesn't make any sense why they can't send me another replacement since the Ex is still available for purchase. they sent 3 replacement bodies; 2 of which were broken upon arrival. ::sigh::

the replacement body and spear sent to me on feb 28th is still stuck in customs,, been calling fedex everyday about it but now i fear that shipment is lost
mailed SIdeshow and saying theres no replacement left,, when the exclusive is still available, asking me to destroy the statue and get a full refund..obviously they dont care if i lose the customs duty, prob want me to order another one from their website,,

So mine did not fit in the base so it is going back. I can't stand the hover that occurs which is a real disappointment when you look at the cost of the piece.
