same here. i get mine next Tuesday.
but from what i have seen in pics the paints look lackluster.
plus i have been reading folks are saying that its really light and hollow.
guess ill find out for myself next week.

i love mine too. but as i have stated before the paints look poopy. very dull. love the gold eyes. but the sculpt is killah,.

I like the general coloration on this one, which I think works well for a T-Rex. I'm not as into the super colorful approach they are using for some of their dino rereleases (e.g., Carnosaurus).

But, I'm very happy about Sideshow doing the rereleases since it gives me a chance to get a few beauties I missed out on the first time. Thank you Sideshow !

Don't care if it is hollow and light, this looks killer, and from the pics, I think the paint looks really nice, considering it's a Rex, can't wait to get mine.

well the paints just look to dry. not enough depth. reason why i think they look poopooish. but hey, it was expected for factory paints.

and yes the Rex is hollow, but the base is heavy. not sure if its solid though. but def heavier than Rex himself.

this is def the best T-Rex piece to day from Sideshow. although i do love the Rex Tri dio. but i dont own it.

Love it, I think the paint looks great, at least a million times better than the JP dio, which I used to own and have seen in person. The black circles on that dio....

Don't collect this line, but think it would look great as a stand alone piece.
