For all the folks receiving replacements, you can hop on the chat and ask them to inspect the statue before sending it out. I've had them do that for me on 2 replacements

I destroyed mine yesterday. Heartbreaking to destroy a $1200 item. I understand why obviously. I did ask if they would be able to let me destroy it after i get the replacement so i can mix and match the parts should anything be worse on the replacement but they said they could not allow it. Too bad.
Now It's in the hands of the statue gods.

Is it just me or does it seem like Sideshow has a bad track record for items arriving broken or damaged. I am not saying that it does not happen to other companies but it does seem that when I do read comments online that Sideshow seems to be the one that this happens to the most.

Hi, I take it you destroyed both portraits, gauntlet , throne etc then photographed.
