I'm with you. I think his new clothes accent his fiery personality well. Gives him more of a unique look than just having a gi on. Hair looks good to me also. It's a nice mix of his older styles while still being a fresh look imo.

I really like how he turned out to be honest. Just a couple quick shots to try and compare.. there is something a little different but I still like how he turned out.

I think the definition in the face shows up a bit more in the Proto than in the production. But these are also cell phone photos.

Other then the pink variant serving as a cause there is nothing I like about this design for Ken. Even if this thing could talk and walk the design choice by capcom for Ken just makes me have a huge negative bias towards this statue. I just feel like punching him in the face or the person who approved design.
