im hoping someone finally does a 1/4 scale jackman wolverine, the mans put over twenty f_cking years into the role and not a single statue just hot toys

To be fair while I agree that is insane, has any other Fox owned X-Men character from one of their movies ever received a statue or something other than a toy? I think Fox just didn't like to license out those characters for those items for some reason. With the switch to the MCU and Disney we are for sure going to get these characters at some point.

Because the rights were not theirs to do so. Marvel retained the rights to anything outside of the movies themselves, which is why they weren't willing to promote those renditions of their characters.

I mean who knows really, but why would they license 1/6 scale figures and action figures but not allow statues? money is money i would think

as H stated though, hes in full costume now even with a mask so hopefully someone will step up to the plate. im done with movie statues but i would make room for this one

that was the rumor as to why we werent seeing any comic based xmen characters for a while but doesnt explain why no one made a jackman wolverine statue, that would be a movie based fox license. regardless it doesnt matter much to me anyway as anything they would have made 10-20 years ago would have had a terrible likeness. hopefully someone can do the man and the character justice AND in 1/4 scale
