Yes agreed. I am not a huge fan of the sideshow statue ring even though I have that pre ordered. THe detail on this ring is much better but it does look like the energy is going INTO the ring. Feel it should be the other way around. Can't anyone get GL's ring right?

I think it would of been better looking if Green Lantern was in a more straight up pose aiming down at the base with his ring, the way it is now it looks like he's aiming outward but the green energy is going below him, it doesn't make a lot of sense...

Something similar to this would of made more sense...

+1 to all those questioning the construct effect...I don't get it either. I mean, here's a guy that can literally create anything he desires, and he chooses to...well, I'm not 100% sure what he is choosing to do here. He could be doing this or that, but fact is, none of us know what the hell he is actually doing. Unless there is a switch-out arm, it's a missed opportunity in my books, because the rest of the statue looks fantastic.
