Even if they figure it out ...if Davidian paid extra for express shipping, then at the very least Davidian should ask for a partial refund for shipping.

Yeah I dunno about that, you're going to have to get P1 to get UPS to cough it up and then also give it to you. Worth the try but I wouldn't hold your breath. Their CS suuuuuuuuuuuuuucks.

I didn’t ask for an express shipping, it was just what they called standard shipping, but it was still $455! Maybe they’re full of crap and just made me do that level of shipping to rip me off. Either way I’m not happy and hope it’s just a matter of peak season delay. If it is lost, I better not have to pay a dime and get a replacement and they deal with UPS to get their money back.

I hope you get this resolved. It always bothers me that most statues have the exact information of what the package is right on the box. It just seems like it would tempt people too much. Not saying yours is stolen, but it always crosses my mind.
