Pretty random choice. I guess she fits the theme, but there are quite a few I would have rather seen then this. I'm sure Catwoman, Powergirl, Zatanna, and many more will be coming,

Stargirl is also in the New 52 Justice League of America comic... She was also in several episodes of Smallville

Still doesn't change the fact she is a C or D list character. It's good to see some of the lesser known characters getting some love though.
I don't think I've ever seen her in statue form.

I love the fact that they took a great, lesser known character and added her to the line. stargirl, by virtue of her appearance and weapon, is an awesome and unforeseen choice for this line. Thumbs up for the first time in a while DCD.

Showcasing lesser known characters is a trend I hope continues. I've grown tired of seeing product lines terminated and new ones started with the usual roster of heroines/villainesses recycled.
And a thought that crossed my mind... what would a Bombshell Katana statue look like given the theme? Hmm...

I agree.. I really don't consider her a D list character, that's reserved for cheesy characters like Stretch, Uncle Sam, Detective Chimp, etc....
I think she's a cool character, it's just DC really hasn't tried to make her a A list character, they've always kept her in more of a side kick role.

I must say that I'm quite surprised about Stargirl being announced, I was hoping more for a Powergirl or Zatanna, and maybe even Catwoman who I know will be incredible!

Few others that aren't made into statues very often that would be cool to have.
Carol Ferris
Miss Martian
Lois Lane
Talia Al Ghul
Mera
Starfire

Nice to see some lesser know characters get some love. I'd love to see them do a Mary Marvel!
